Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
I have a check advance company call me today demanding that I pay them 800 $ by noon or they are going to press charges for check fraud I borrowed 300$ 7 yrs ago and paid it they said they have evidence witch is a blank voided check that was a part of ther loan process

It is illegal what the creditor is doing. They cannot threaten you with check fraud. If the debt is 7 years old, it is past the statute of limitations and you do not owed the debt. If they call you again, tell them you want to record the conversation and also tell them the debt was paid and you don't owe them anything.
If they persist, contact a consumer law attorney in your area. Attorneys fees are included in the damages award you would be entitled to in the lawsuit.
