Civil Case Judgment

If a creditor is suing me and wins the judgment, can they go after my wife for collection. She has property that is in her name only as a married and sole property.

It depends whether the property was acquired with community funds during the marriage, and the creativity of the collector.

However, they can go after your wages and bank account(s), among other things.
