Civil Case Statue of Limitations

On March 1, 2004 it was discovered an employee was embezzling, I filed suite on March 15, 2004, but then due to personal reasons I let it be dismissed without prejudice in May of 2005. I refiled another claim on March 5, 2007, stating March 1, 2004 as my discovery date. Has the statue of limitation ran out?
