Collect small claims debt?

Won small claims case from a mortage banker. He and wife have no Social Security Number and no bank account. I know where they live and work. They pay no taxes. They have offshore bank account. They went to a tennent of mine and took the rent saying they were collecting for me. Won that case also. District atturney doesn't want to prosicute, told me to sue them. I did and won. They stoled fixtures from building, won that case also. What do I do?
