collect unpaid back rent from eviction tenant

and i wanna know how do you go about collecting wages from a eviction tenant that hasnt paid the amount owed for back rent and how to go about garnishings tenant wages ?

you need to get a writ of execution from the court clerk and have the sheriff serve it on the employer
