Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Collecting a judgement

I am trying to collect on a judgement in my favor. A writ of excecution was given to their employer in August of this year. The person worked there for 2 months after the excecution was surved. I have been told that I can go after the employeer for the $ during the time she was employed there but I need to know how to do that.

Re: Collecting a judgement

The employer will be liable if he wrongfully failed to comply with the Writ. My firm can help you and takes cases on an hourly/contingency or a combination of both. I will provide you with free consultation if you fax me your documentation to 714 363-0229.
