Collection on amount owed for repossesed vehicle
I had my vehicle repossesed with payment still owed on it. I had a court date but it got dismissed its been 4 years and now im getting a letter stating there is a deposition subpena and they are trying to collect the debt. isnt there a max amount of years they are allowed to do that

We would need to see the dismissal and confirm that no judgment has been entered. As such, we need your case number to trace the case.
