Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

collection angency's are continually calling every day regarding collectable debts that belong to my children.

Iam not a co-signer on any of these debts, they must have found my relationship via the internet. No matter what I say they continue to harrass me. I even changed my phone number to a private number' but they still found me.Iam a 70 year lady on a fixed income and cant afford a lawerfor advice. The name of the angency is N C O collections. Can you advise me to what I can do
