I need to know what are the consecuenses if i don't answer my credit card company lawsute, and do not show up at court?

The credit card company will obtain a default judgment against you. Then it will levy against your bank account(s) and wages. It will have 10 years to do so with the judgment it gets. It can also renew the judgment for another 10 years. It will affect your ability to get new credit.
