hi I would like to know what can I do if I have a collection problem and I can''t pay the money that I owe?

If the debt is fairly recent (and not subject to a statute of limitations defense), you can try to negotiate a payment plan. If that doesn't work, you can consider filing for bankruptcy protection. It all depends on your entire financial picture, though.
