First of all, call the Sheriff's office to see if the employer filled out the employer's return. This is a questionnaire served on the employer and they must inform the Sheriff if the person still works there, how much they make and if there are any other wage garnishments going on. If they did not fill out this questionnaire, you should contact them and tell them you will file a motion to compel if they do not.
If they did fill out the questionnaire, the next step depends on how they responded to the quesstionnaire. Once you get that information, repost your question with this new information to get further input.
