Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
Company to Company
My company is an Arizona telecommunications company, we were hired by a Florida company RTC doing business in California for Scientific Atlanta who was hired by Cox communications, the work was contracted to us by what they call a node, each node is a different contract, we work on node #2451 and we are paid $xxxx.xx amount of dollars,
RTC got behind in paying us and when we demanded to be paid or we would no longer be able to continue to work they hired other contractors to take our place then stating that our work was unsatisfactory, they never supplied proof that any of our work was of substandard quality they just refused to pay, What I would like to do is take this to superior court, do I have a case? The total amount owed to date is $21.000.00

Re: Company to Company
You may have a good case. There may be a question as to what state the lawsuit has to be filed. We would have to review your contract. Please call us if you need further assistance or want to proceed with a lawsuit.
