Company ''A'' hired company ''B'' to perform a task, the task was completed but Company ''A'' refused to pay, the amount is over small claims and to small to hire an lawyer for superior ? Company ''A'' made some payments, the job was contract, so several contracts were paid but the last 8 were not, total amount in excess of $18.000.00
