Re: a company is suing me

If you are represented by an attorney in this matter, you should ask him why he feels that it is pertinent to your representation in the lawsuit. My guess is that he is looking into whether or not the transfer could be deemed to be a fraudulent conveyance or preference, which may be subject to being set aside by the creditor, but you need to discuss this with your own counsel.
