Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

complaint for money

i have been summon to appearin court for judgement against me in regard to collection notice. i have been trying to make payment on the owed balance however the collection agency is returning it back to

me. now they summon me to appear for in court. on the summons paper it states if i want the court to hear my case i must place on proper legal form my questions is what type of form is needed?

go to the court clerk and get a general denial form or an answer to complaint form.
