Contract enforcement

If a Bank who is financing my car sends me a paid in full receipt with my original contract in the mail and then calls back and says that I owe two more months on the payments and that the receipt went out in error, do they have the right to repo my car if I don't pay the last two payments?

it depends on whether you still owe on the car or not.
