I cosigned while married, now divorced, am I still liable?

Yes, unless you joined the creditor into your divorce proceeding, and had a judge declare that you were no longer responsible for that debt. The key here is that the only way your divorce decree, pressumably giving your ex-spouse that debt to repay, can be binding on third-parties such as creditors, is to have them joined into the actual divorce proceeding. Its extremely rare that people do so.
