I'm a cosigner for a car lown for my ex brotherinlow .. the banck call me sain the I hasent paid the past 3 monts .. and a have to paid or the banck is gona send my to cort wath can I do???

Not much you can do. When you cosign a loan it's the same as if you took the loan out yourself if the other person doesn't pay it. The lender can sue you for unpaid debt the same as if you took out the loan yourself. So all you can do is try to get the ex brother in law to pay, or pay it yourself and sue the ex brother in law.
