Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
Is it possible for a co-signer to get themselves removed from private and/or student loans? Payments are current and have been being made for more than 2 years now. But the person we co-signed for is literally intentionally refusing to pay and has stuck us with a choice of either paying these loans for several years or ruining our credit. HELP!
