Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I got a credit card in my name but the account belongs to my grandparents. They are elderly, hard of hearing & they speak & understand english but not 100%... when I called to handel some bussiness over the phone for my grandparents with their credit card the person I spoke with need their permission to speak with me...my grandpa gave permission that I be able to help. Not much time later I received a credit card in my name under their credit car. They had no I dea nor did they give permission for me to have my own card & make charges with it. They were only giving me permission to speak over the phone abt the account. I maxed out the card...they never signed anything saying I could have my own card or anything like that. Can they sue the credit card company.
