Credit Card Collection Harrassment
My son is being harrassed about an overdue (delinquent) credit card account, by a collection agency. They refused his repayment plan and are threatening litigation. What is the best way for him to handle it?

Re: Credit Card Collection Harrassment
The collection agency has a right to sue. However, if I was hired on the case, I'd contact the creditor, andd tell them not to have any more contact with your son. Bill collectors are usually more prone to settle when an attorney is involved.
