Credit Card Debt

My bank account is being levyed for credit card debt. What can I do to avoid any garnishing.

You need to assert a claim of exemption. As I recall, there is an exemption for 75% of wages received within 30 days. Again, my recollection is that you have to file a claim of exemption with the Court, and obtain a judicial order exempting your property.
