Credit card debt collection in Mexico
Can a credit card company in the US whom I owe debt to, collect the debt if I am now living in Mexico and have no assets in the US except a 401K and a house in Mexico totally paid for?

They could try to enforce the debt against your house in Mexico if it's worth their while. It depends how much is owed and how diligent they want to be.
