Credit card debt
a company contacted me which i owe money to a credit company in ENGLAND, they ask me to pay. they say it was or 2001. can they report to my credit? can recover debt from forign countries in USA?

They may be able to sue you in California and get a judgment against you. You may have defenses available to you, but it depends on the specific facts of your case.
