credit card debt

Can a judgement be made if I keep paying $200. a month to the original lender, 5/15 a check was cashed from me. They will not work with me, they asked me to use 401k or someone elses credit card. They want $1600 down or nothing and say they will prosue judgment

Yes. If you owe any money, they can get a judgment against you. Keep paying the money as best you can. If you get letters from them, make sure the amount listed as the debt amount is right. If not, you may have a FDCPA or Rosenthal Act violation and you should talk to an attorney.

If there's no lawsuit yet, they might just be trying to put pressure on you and scare you. But one can never be certain until an event occurs.

Yes, they still could get a judgment against you. However, then they would have to collect the judgment. With a judgment they can take 25% of your net wages, empty out any bank accounts in your name, and put a lien on any real estate you own.
