Credit Card Debt

Hi, my name is Sam. I have a business(DBA) credit card with Bank of America. for the last 4 month ,as of today, 01/27/09, I didn't make payments. at 01/ 23, 4 days ago ,the credit card company- BOA ,took $6,132 out of my account. thats without any judgment, or levy notice. ,or freezing notice!!! can they do that legally? please send your answer urgent at 818-926-3733.

I truly believe they commited a crime against me.
