Credit Card Stature of Limitation

Is there any exception to the the collection of credit card default in which the stature of limitation would not apply?

If you fax me your collection letter and documentation to 714 363 0229, I will call you and advise you if the statute of limitations has run. My phone number is 714 363 0220. We handle cases throughout California. There are some instances such as fraud or partial payment/estoppel when there may be a tolling of the statute of limitation.
