In need to know if it would be legal to use my personal credit card as cash advance to start a business?

Yes, you may use your credit card for any and all lawful, unrestricted purposes, including but not limited to starting a business, so long as your intent or conduct is not fraudulent. You may want to retain legal counsel for properly and cost effectively starting your business as well.

Why not make an appointment with a banker? Maybe you could get a better interest rate than what the credit card companies charge.
