Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I purchased a used car on July 2005 and negociated the deal in spanish. The paper work was don only in English. Upon reviewing the paper work the deal I negociated in spanish is not the same. I was not given or offered a Spanish translation. Do I have any recourse.

Yes you do, depending on what outcome you desire. The remedy here is typically rescission of the contract, but there may be other remedies as well. I have experience representing a client in a very similar situation.

How do you know that the deal is not the same? And why is it 2 years later that you just discovered this? I would need those answers before I can tell you if you have any recourse.
