How does California Civil Code 1788.10 related to the guidelines of the Fair Credit Reporting Act? What does the Act State?

I am not sure what you are asking, but if you are wondering if someone can report a collection account to the credit bureaus, the answer is yes, provided they have a good faith belief that it is a valid debt.

And, they can tell you that they are going to do such if you don't pay the debt, provided that they follow up with the threat.
