Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

creditor lawsuits

I am being sued by a debt collector. I need an attorney that specializes in these types of cases. I am not interested in filing bankruptcy. Please reccomend a good attorney.

I do handle these cases in SoCal for a reasonable fixed fee,. Don't talk to the CA or its lawyers without consulting a lawyer in person. Be sure to respond to the complaint within 30 days to avoid default.
