Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
Can creditor seize bank accounts or garnish wages with an abstract judgement? I don't own any real estate or property.

They can put a lien in the county(ies) where they think you will acquire real estate in the future. Once the lien is recorded, it attaches to future property, if any, acquired by you. And yes, they can seize your bank accounts and garnish wages as long as they have a judgment against you.
