need debt collection answer form 982.1 (335)

I m being sued by a credit card company that I feel has deceptive and unconsconable business practices. I need an answer form to the lawsuit papers that I was just given by them yesterday. I have until July 26, to file my answer.

http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/forms/fillable/982135.pdf . You might want to consult with an attorney. I have had some success, especially if the debt has been assigned or sold to another company.
