Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Debt Collection

My creditor, a car finance company is sending billing information through the U.S. Mail. The envelope has a see through window and you can see the words DELINQUNENT /BILLING and my account number through the window. Is this an invasion of privacy and considered putting me on a debtor list, since it is for all to see?
