Debt Collections

A debt collector refuses to give me an adress to mail payment to. He says the only thing I can do is automatic withdrawl from my checking account or send a telegram which will cost me 10.00 I don't want to do either. Do I habe a right to have an address and mail in my payment?

The debt collector is wrong and may be in violation of the Fair Debt Collectoin Act. As such, you may have a right to sue the collection agency. Please contact aour office at 714 363 0220 for consultation.
