Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Debt Contract

I would like to know if there is a simple contract/ form one can use for an agreed cash amount to be paid from one private party to another. This amount would be due in several years from when it is signed. I'd like to keep it as simple and cheap as possible. I would assume that the contract would have to be notarized with both parties present too.

Thanks,

Re: Debt Contract

A contract does not have to be notarized. There should be an attonrey fees recovery provision. Please contact us if you want more assistance.
