Not my debt

My crerdit report has a $550 account in collection. The collection ageng is demanding payment, Equifax says its mind,BUT ITS NOT mind . Who can I take anyone to small claims court to dispute this?

You should send a certified letter to the collection bureau disputing the claim and asking for verification. We will be able to then advise you after reviewing your documentation.
