can i be sued for a credit card debt and have my wages garnished or just a judgement entered against me,i work construction and am single income family of 5,im confused

If a credit card company sues you and obtains a judgment against you, they will then be able to enforce that judgment by a variety of means, including, garnishing your wages, garnishing your bank accounts and possibly selling any assets you own. However, there are certain "exemptions" you are permitted to claim to limit the amount the creditor can legally take from you.
