I am currently in a Consumer Credit Counseling Debt. Management program. One of my creditors has sent me to collections even though I have been paying then $411 a month since starting the debt management program. What are my rights?

Most debt management plans are a scam. Creditors are not required to deal with them and the creditor had every right to send you to collections. You can negotiate directly with the creditor, but you should really consider seeing a bankruptcy attorney.
