Re: default on loans

We're part of a nationwide credit and collection board. We can find you a local collector or, if jurisdiction is local, we can help you out here.

Please feel free to learn more about our firm on our website No-Probate.com.

We also have a collection division. Our firm's collection website is CVFinancialGroup.com.

We can be contacted through either site or at the phone, email and address provided here on LawGuru.

Regards,

Scott Linden

Re: default on loans

There are many, many attorneys who handle collection matters in California. I would suggest that you locate one in or near the county where the debtor lives for ease of appearing in court.

Re: default on loans

There are many collection attorneys in every state. You can contact your local bar association for a referral; there are many referral services; and there are organizations of collections lawyers. You need to determine the fee structure up front - whether the attorney is to be paid hourly or on a contingency; costs are generally the responsibility of the client and in most cases do not amount to more than five hundred dollars.

If this is California, email the details to us and we can review and advise. If this is for another state, then we can refer you to co-counsel in any of the other states. We need to know debtor's name and balance.
