Demand for Repayment of Loan

Our church loaned the Pastor & his wife $50,000 to purchase their house 10 years ago. They have now divorced and the wife has full ownership of the house. We would like to demand the $50000 bck to the church since they are no longer married.

If the loan was done correctly, in writing with a note and a recorded deed of trust, then foreclose.
