What is the ''Enforceability'' Period of a ''Money Judgement'' in California?
In other words, ''How long does a ''Money Judgement'' last? I know it lasts ten years and then can be renewed for another ten years, but can it be renewed over and over again forever? How long does a ''Money Judgement'' last?
Thanks for your kindered reply,

The simple answer to your question is forever, assuming you renew the judgment before the expiration of 10 years from entry of the original judgment, or before the expiration of 10 years from any previously renewal. See California Code of Civil Procedure sections 683.110, 683.120, and 683.130.
