Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
Enforcement of a Judgment
I am the bookkeeper for a small business and as such I am an ''Authorized Signer'' on my employer's bank account. I have a Judgment against me and they have levied my employer's bank account since my name appears as ''Authorized Signer''. I have no legal claim to ownership on this business. I'm going to court to fight this levy on his account. Can you give me advice and the appropriate code/regulation that I can use in my employer's defense?
