Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I have had to evict my renters. They were 3 months behind in rent and refused to move out.They agreed to pay $200 a month to repay me. They have not made one payment. After they received the eviction, I was able to go go into the home. They destroyed the interior and left trash all over the exterior. I had to paint the entire interior and replace two rooms of carpet (it was stained and not cleanable) and the kitchen flooring ( it was torn when they moved the refrigerator). All the screens were ripped or gone. The cleaning took a crew 3 days. The total delinquent rent was $3,000. The damages and cleaning to the home were around $3,000. I am unemployed and ca not afford legal council. What can I claim in smalls claims court?

Claim back rent owed, rent lost during the time you looked for new tenants (assuming you had a rental agreement for a term -- one year?), and the cost of cleanup. Make sure everything is documented.
