Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

My ex-roommate owes me almost $6800 and for one year I have been asking her to pay me. She claimed she would NEVER pay me and was going to file BK. When I had her served she told me to NEVER contact her again or she would file a restraining order for harrassment. I won the court case and garnishments will be effective in August. She has been emailing me at work (we work for same company) with unnecessary insults. I have not and will not respond because I do not want to jeopordize pmts. Once all monies are paid (12/2012), what will be the best way for me to finally approach this issue? My goal is not to retaliate but to end this nightmare.

Once you receive all of the money due you through wage and/or bank account levies, you will file with the court a satisfactioin of judgment.

If you feel actual fear because she has threatened you with harm, you can ask the employer to obtain a workplace restraining order, or you can apply for one yourself.
