family limited partnership vs judgement lien

Will a Nevada based Family Limited Partnership & Living Trust (signed & certified by the Nevada Secretary of state) enable my wife & I to stop a CA basedattorney firm from obtaining a judgement lien against all real property owned by us in CA?We owe a creditor that they represent $4,588.58 to from an Open Book Account type of credit card.

Since you are aware of the claim, you would be violating the Fraudulent Transfer Act.
