Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

need to file after summons respons

i need to know what Form #s i need so i can respond to a summons i resceived the Form # i rescieved is SUM-100

i called the court and the lady said she couldnt tell me the form #s to respond just go to their website and look and she said ''i cant tell you there are 4 form you need'' i cant figure which ones i need. please help!! thank you!

Please go read the archives. This has been discussed. You may need to file an answer, a demurrer, or a motion to quash. The answer form can be found at www.courtinfo.ca.gov, but a good discussion can be found here with past questions. You can also find this discussed on my blog, www.californiadebtblog.com
