Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
We need to file a Ucc1 for a customer. If they are a sole proprietor, should it be file under ABC or Joe Smith or both.

If Joe has a properly registered fictitious business name as ABC, you can go either way, or make double sure by going with Joe Smith dba ABC.
