If you want to answer the complaint, rather than file a demurrer or motion to strike, you would file an Answer-Contract, which you can find on the Judicial Council's website. Don't forget to include appropriate affirmative defenses such as statute of limitation.

Do not fill out the form without running the situation and the lawsuit by a lawyer. You could seriously mess up your case if you don't know how to fill out the form correctly, which you probably don't.
