can someone help me fill my PLD-C-010 for 100.00 dollars? i'm being sue by a credit card company total amount is 1,020.00 my defense is that they didn't provided the contract and didn't do the verification

I think you will find that no attorney will help you complete a substantive pleading, such as an answer to a lawsuit, for anything less-than the time it takes them to review the case, prepare the pleading and consult with you at their hourly rate. There is far too much liability associated with preparing such a substantive pleading to do so for $100. Also, please understand that there are rules for attorneys in California about ghost-writing pleadings to be filed with a Court. You may wish to seek the services of a paralegal service if you cannot afford to retain an attorney, nor complete the form yourself.
